Description

Awards for top 3 overall male & female finishers.  Awards for top 3 in age group from 14-19 to 80+. Divisions are standard 5-year age group.  Masters age group awards for 40+.

Manatee River Run Party follows after the run with raffles, refreshments from area restaurants for all participants and their families.

Race morning packet pickup & registration 6:30am-7:30am.
Sorry, no mail-in entries accepted.  However, please join us at one of our sign-up parties (dates and locations to be announced!) if you do not wish to use the online registration process.

Bradenton Runners Club members save $5 on registration (discount automtically applied using your RunSignUp account at checkout) through November 13th.  (membership must be in good standing)

Racing Series Reminder! This is the final race in the BRC Racing Series!  It’s not over until it’s over!

Directions to Snead Island. From I-75: Take exit 224 and then to US 301 south. Continue west on US 301 crossing both US41 through Palmetto. US 301 becomes 10th Street. Continue on 10th Street West to Snead Island. Just after the bridge to Snead Island (In front of the Bradenton Yacht Club) to Tarpon Road, go right (north) one block and make first left. Parking will be on your left. Packet pick up and race day registration are in the parking area.

Course

A scenic adventure on hard shell-packed winding trails through a variety of native ecosystems including beaches, lagoons, salt marshes, mangrove swamps, tropical hardwood hammocks, coastal strands and finished on a paved 1.5 mile roadway to the finish and great post race party

Parking

Plan to walk (or use the opportunity to warm up!) for 1/2 mile from parking and registration to the starting line.  There is ample parking in the identified field.  Restrooms are available in both the parking area and the starting line area.  We recommend using the restrooms close to the start.

Registration closes promptly 15 minutes before the race start.
